Three new schools will open in Bialoleka in September 2014

The community of Derby will soon welcome the opening of new primary school number 356 at Gleboka Street. This school will include grades 1-6 and a nursery and will have a combined capacity of approximately 800 pupils. Two IT laboratories, a PE (Physical Education) gym and classrooms dedicated to foreign languages will be available to the pupils. The school will have a playground designated for volleyball, football, netball and basketball games. A four lanes, 60 meter long running track along with long and high jump apparatus will also benefit the pupils. At the nursery, the younger children will have the opportunity to use a 500m2 outdoor playground.

Similar facilities will be available at the primary school number 355, due to open at Ceramiczna Street. This school will also accommodate approximately 800 pupils between nursery and primary school grades 1-6. It will provide classrooms for studying foreign languages, IT laboratories and PE gym.

Between 400 and 450 pupils will be able to attend new school number 342 at Topolowa Street, an affiliate of the primary school at Strumykowa Street. This school will be teaching infants at the nursery and primary school pupils in grades 1-3. Renewable energy sources will be used to heat and light the school.
