The second park, Picasso, was established in 1998. It is a beautiful open space, just along the Vistula's flood bank. It is a wonderful place for sports or relaxing. With its large expanses of grass it is an ideal place for family picnics. Picasso Park features walking paths and trees, which blossom at different times of the year. In springtime, the fruit-trees delight visitors with brilliant colors. Close to the Park one can find courts for volleyball, basketball and tennis. In September 2009, a modern, full-sized football field was opened.
